PERVINO is a family-run winery located in Novigrad, a coastal town in Croatia’s Istria region, known for its centuries-old winemaking traditions. The Peršurić family manages the winery, producing a diverse range of wines that reflect both the local terroir and the family’s commitment to quality. Visitors to PERVINO can expect a welcoming atmosphere and a chance to explore Istrian wine culture firsthand.
The winery is especially noted for its Malvasia and Teran, two signature Istrian grape varieties, but also offers internationally recognized wines such as Merlot, Chardonnay, and Muscat. PERVINO produces a total of 17 different wines, and guests can sample these during guided tastings. A typical tasting session lasts about 1.5 to 2 hours and includes six wines paired with local snacks like cheese and prosciutto. The experience is flexible, allowing visitors to choose their preferred wines, and the staff is known for their friendly, knowledgeable service.
Beyond wine, PERVINO also produces grappa, sparkling wine, brandy, liqueurs, and olive oil, offering a broader taste of Istrian artisanal products. The winery is accessible and pet-friendly, making it suitable for a range of travelers. Wine picnic experiences are also available, providing a relaxed way to enjoy the vineyard setting. PERVINO operates from late March to the end of October, Monday to Saturday, from 11:00 to 15:00. The winery is highly rated by visitors and stands out as a top attraction in Novigrad for wine enthusiasts.
